1. 수집하는 개인정보
- 계정 정보: 이메일, 닉네임
- 건강 데이터: PAI 구강건강 점수, 치아 상태, 일일/주간 구강 체크 기록
- 식별자: 사용자 고유 ID (Firebase UID)
- 주소: 배송 주소 (선택 사항, 상품 주문 시)
- 지갑 주소: USDT 결제 시 (선택 사항)
2. 수집 목적
- 서비스 제공 및 구강건강 분석
- AI 기반 맞춤 구강 케어 조언 제공
- 회원 관리, 배송 처리
- 법령 준수
3. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁
GOCHN은 다음과 같이 사용자 데이터를 제3자에게 위탁 또는 공유합니다:

중요: AI 분석 시 제3자 AI 서비스에 데이터 전송
- 전송 데이터: PAI 점수, 구강 습관 정보, 사용자 채팅 메시지
- 전송 시점: 사용자가 명시적으로 동의한 후 (앱 내 동의 모달)
- 이용 목적: PAI 점수 기반 맞춤 구강 케어 조언 생성
- OpenAI 정책:
- API 데이터는 OpenAI 모델 학습에 사용되지 않음
- 남용 모니터링 목적으로 최대 30일간 보관
- 제3자 판매/마케팅 용도로 공유 안 함
- 전송 방식: TLS 1.2+ 암호화

③ NOWPayments (결제 처리)
- 제공 데이터: 결제 트랜잭션 정보 (USDT 결제 시)

4. AI 분석 동의 및 철회
AI 분석은 사용자의 명시적 동의가 있을 때만 작동합니다.
- 가입 시 또는 첫 AI 기능 사용 시 동의 모달 표시
- 동의하지 않으면 AI 분석 기능 비활성화 (다른 기능은 사용 가능)

5. 보유기간
회원 탈퇴 후 30일 이내 모든 개인정보가 삭제됩니다. 단, 법적으로 보관이 요구되는 정보는 해당 기간 동안 보관됩니다.

이용자는 언제든지 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다:

3. Third-Party Data Sharing and Processing
GOCHN shares user data with the following third parties:
① Google LLC (Firebase)
- Data shared: All account and health data
- Purpose: Database storage, user authentication, push notifications

- Retained for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring purposes

4. AI Analysis Consent and Withdrawal
AI analysis operates only with the user's explicit consent.

5. Data Retention
All personal data is deleted within 30 days after account deletion. Information legally required to be retained will be kept for the legally mandated period.
